Rdm Engineering is a family company founded in 1972 by Yakup DEMİR to operate in a 40 m² workshop in Istanbul for the Iron and Steel Industry.
Today, the company, managed by the second generation of the Demir Family, has increased its production area to 14,000 m² thanks to the investments and improvements it has made to its production facility every year. The company, which has adopted the biggest improvement and investment as workforce, quality and education, is currently raising the third generation, training its current staff and has adopted the idea of increasing quality.
