5. Your Rights Under KVKK

  • Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,

  • Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,

  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in the KVKK,

  • Request that correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

  • To object to a result that is to your detriment as a result of the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • To request compensation in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
